Malayalee arrested in Delhi for money laundering

A Malayalee was arrested by Delhi Police  at Chandni Chowk on charges of money laundering from various money exchange centres in the pretext of exchange of foreign currencies.

There were 11 lakh rupees and various fake documents with Manikantan Pillai  at the time of arrest. He, a native of Panampilly Nagar in Kochi, was running a cafeteria in Delhi.

Mandikantan was arrested after a Money Exchange Shop at Barakhamba Road filed a petition against him. There are many cases of fraud against him in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune and Bhubaneswar.
